Nope. It’s just better for gluten-sensitivity. The longer prep time for sourdough bread means that much of the protein gluten is broken down into amino acids before you consume it. The extensive soaking, rinsing, and other preparation steps means that it is easier to eat and digest, especially if you have mild sensitivities to gluten.

We offer 14” (come with 6 slices) and 16” ( come with 8 slices) at this moment. Pizzas are good for 1-2 adults depending on appetites. We'd say 2 14” pizzas for 3 adults is about ideal.
